Eastvale is one of the newest cities in Western Riverside County. Eastvale incorporated on October 1, 2010 and has an ever-growing population of over 63,162 residents, making Eastvale one of the fastest growing cities in the State of California (source: CA Department of Finance). Eastvale is 13.1 square miles strategically poised between Interstate 15 and California State Routes 91, 60, and 71, making access easy for residents, visitors and businesses alike. Residents and visitors find the close proximity of Ontario International Airport to be a metropolitan advantage yet enjoy the small-town, neighborly charm of our young community. Eastvale is included within the Corona-Norco Unified School District(CNUSD). CNUSD is the largest school district in Riverside County and the ninth largest school district in the State of California. The elementary schools in Eastvale are multi-track year round schools. The City of Eastvale has five elementary schools, two intermediate schools and one high school as follows: Clara Barton Elementary (a California Distinguished School); Eastvale Elementary; Harada Elementary; Rosa Parks Elementary School; Ronald Reagan Elementary; Dr. Augustine Ramirez Intermediate; River Heights Intermediate; and Eleanor Roosevelt High School. VanderMolen Elementary is not in the City of Eastvale but it many cases it will be the home school for many Eastvale children East of Hamner Avenue.

For homeowners West of Hamner Avenue, the City of Eastvale receives parks and recreation services from Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD). In 1996, the District formulated and approved a Park Plan for a portion of its service area known as the Eastvale area. Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) have been, and are continuing to be, formed to provide the financing mechanism for acquisition and improvement of the parkland and also to provide for the ongoing maintenance. There are 41 CFDs that have been formed to date. There are approximately 250 acres of community and neighborhood parks open to the public or in different stages of development. The JCSD is responsible for providing water, sewer and street lights for over 91,000 people and for maintaining more than 160 acres of parks and over 25 miles of frontage landscape in newly incorporated areas of the City of Eastvale and the City of Jurupa Valley. There are four parks East of Hamner Avenue (between Hamner Ave. and the I-15 Freeway) that are part of Jurupa Area Parks and Recreation.
The City of Eastvale contracts for law enforcement and fire services. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department (Eastvale Police) provides excellent law enforcement services to our residents. Fire Station 27 dedicated in October 2011 provides state of the art apparatus and highly trained staff to respond to all your fire and emergency medical needs in a timely manner. Fire Station 31 has begun construction and will begin serving the community in Winter 2016.
